Reviewed on 27th July 2009This was an excellent system. We drove down from Glasgow left the car, no waiting about the shuttle bus was ready waiting for us to take us straight to airport. On the return journey again bus was only few minutes wait and the car was ready. Would recommend it.

Reviewed on 16th July 2009All fine except it was expensive, and that was the cheapest I could find. I did hear that Newcastle is now the most expensive airport to park at, not sure why, but it will certainly influence my decision to fly from there again as the prices used to be normal.

Reviewed on 9th July 2009The reason I have only given it a 4 was the not very pleasant attitude on arriving at the site being told that my booking must be for somewhere else because it wasn't on the printed computer list. When the computer was checked it had arrived and all was well. The doors to the office could be more clearly marked (perhaps a large adhesive no entry sign) and then shortly after another customer went into the office side door and where "instructed" the other door!! But good position and will use again.

Reviewed on 7th July 2009My only complaint was the entrance should have a larger sign post as it was not clearly visible on saturday morning 27/06/09 due to heavy mist.
