Newcastle Park and Fly Reviews

My only complaint was the directions to actually find the car park. I spent 15 mins going round in circles looking for signpost to Industrial Park which I didn't see yet!!! Apart from that the service was excellent.

Happy with the service, will use again.

Fantastic sevice. Would fully recommend this to anyone flying from Newcasle and will most certainly use this again in the near future.

The directions to the park and fly car park were spot on, the staff when we checked in were polite and explained everything we needed to know, within minutes we were in the terminal building. Our return flight was one hour late but as we left the terminal building the mini bus pulled up and we were back collecting our car in just a few minutes, things couldn't have gone better. No problems at all directions supplied were clear. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service to and from the airport were frequent. Would definitely use this facility again.

Firstly i thought the car park was difficult to find the directions were not very good. When i arrived a bit late because of driving around trying to find the place i was then told to go to the short stay at the airport and was given a ref no which would allow me to leave without extra payment. That was ok but i did have a lot of problems before i got out the car park when i returned. Overall it was not a great experience and while i may not be flying from newcastle very often i dont think i would use this park again.

Excellent service. I have used Park and Fly twice now and each time it has been very easy to book, a fast transfer to the airport and swift pick up on my return. I will use them every time I fly.
