Overall very happy with arrangements. However our flight was delayed and we did not arrive back until approx 2.00 am. Proceeded to car park exit as directed on voucher but no one in attendance. Returned to terminal building where security guard advised us to press the HELP button at exit. We were then allowed exit with no problems. However, it would have been helpful if this information could be shown on the voucher.
