I though the service was excellent and the staff very professional polite and helpful. I would happily recommend it to others and definitely use it again myself.

Very good service, car park easily accessible and very close to the terminal, ad hoc transfer by people carrier - no waiting for buses, coming back we were picked up within less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend. Thanks

Would have been a 5 if it wasn't for the woman ( thin blond and older) who collected us from the airport with some others. She did not look one of us in the eye, opened the door "get in" and at car park "over there" when we got out. It was almost as if she hated us all and had been asked to cover for someone off sick and had missed her wedding or something just as important. I have Never met anyone so sullen as her. The man who took us to the airport was pretty quiet and serious too (not a UK national) but not rude or sullen. How does this company choose its staff and what or how do they train them on customer care (if any). Other than the staff the collection was efficient.
