Not the friendliest people but the service was efficient.

No problems with the Car Park, however upon return to Stansted, I could not get through to the Car Park on the phone to say we were waiting for transport. On option 1 it kept saying that the there was no line. Another customer managed to get through on option 3 and we got a lift after a 40 minute wait.

The park was not well signposted but despite this the instructions took us close enough. We thought that the car suffered a minor graze whilst it was parked but again it was nothing serious.

The service was not what I expected.

Would have been a 5 if it wasn't for the woman ( thin blond and older) who collected us from the airport with some others. She did not look one of us in the eye, opened the door "get in" and at car park "over there" when we got out. It was almost as if she hated us all and had been asked to cover for someone off sick and had missed her wedding or something just as important. I have Never met anyone so sullen as her. The man who took us to the airport was pretty quiet and serious too (not a UK national) but not rude or sullen. How does this company choose its staff and what or how do they train them on customer care (if any). Other than the staff the collection was efficient.
