Reviewed on 31st January 2014It is an excellent service being greeted by one of the staff of Park and Go, not having to worry about my car whilst I was away and then having it returned to me on my return without any bother. What better service could anyone wish for!

Reviewed on 30th January 2014I have had a nice experience with the park and go. There was only one problem with explanation where to park. The only annoying thing is that when you're driving to the airport you have to call the 0845...number(expensive)which is transferred to drivers mobile anyway. If I pay for parking I don't expect to pay extra pounds for phone calls. Thanks

Reviewed on 27th November 2013We had to wait some 20 minutes when we arrived for the rep to arrive but he was waiting for us when we returned. However, the vehicle was very dirty. More worryingly, I had checked the mileage on the car at the time of collection/return and the vehicle had covered 37 miles. I asked Central where the vehicle was kept and they said that it was 12 miles away, although I should allow 5 miles extra “for the airports one way system”. When I pointed out that the numbers still didn’t add up, they suggested it could have been roadworks or police roadblocks. Judging by the remaining mileage shown on the computer, the car had also been driven very hard. I will not be using this company again.

Reviewed on 16th November 2013Would be 5/5 but my pre-advised earlier arrival (advised the day before) was not communicated to the logistics side of the parking hence i had to wait in a bp garage until a time slot came up. Otherwise a great service all round.
