Brilliant! I am one fussy, awkward individual with high standards and expectations and I couldn't fault this service and will definitely be using again whenever I fly. I travelled alone with a small child and this made my airport experience painless. Despite other comments all instruction were very clear. Polite, on time, helpful. Even accommodated my early arrival back to the UK. Obviously there are times where they can't be dead on time, but you should allow for that anyway. I will be recommending this service to everyone I know. THANK YOU! Super value for money, too.

Overall good value and very convenient. Car was quite muddy when returned. Commented to driver at the time.

Have used Circle meet & Greet several times now and have never been let down. They offer a first class service at a fair price. Have already booked again for 2013.

The service was prompt enough, but the mud over both the brake and throtle pedal had to be wiped of before I could drive away. where do you park our vehicles?

The pick was fine, but we seemed to wait a long time for our car to be delivered. Also I wasn't happy that I had to pay a further £2.80 to get out of the short stay car park.

Used the service as I was traveling with my elderly mother. Would use it again even if I was alone. Much better than 'long stay car park' Could do with more specific drop off and pick up points information. The 'red car park' is a big place, would have been worse in bad weather!

Excellent service; collection went smooothly as soon as we arrived at airport. When we arrived back just went to collection car park and within 5 minutes car was delivered. Very polite drivers would definitely use this service again.

Had to wait 20 mins for car to be collected and to pick up car the same wait. It would have been quicker on medium stay and cheaper. Really poor service.
