Great service!

Can't fault the service on arrival at terminal but very unhappy to be told on return that my car was sitting in a warehouse estate a couple of miles from Stansted and was "undriveable". Problem eventually turned out to be broken spring. This is my second bad experience - last yr came back to a punctured tyre which also delayed my journey home by many hours.

The pick up at Stansted airpot was okay, but on return despite giving adequate notice, return was delayed by almost half an hour in which time my friend who was in the midday car park had reached the M25 ! Hats the point of meet and greet if it's no better than mid or long stay parking. Won't use again.

A brilliant service. Rang from just outside airport and was advised where to go and had someone waiting as we pulled up, who was very cheerful. On return journey rang at border control met by same person, who was again very cheerful. All in all a very professional service, which I will use again and again and thoroughly recommend to everyone. MANY THANKS Stephen Neal

Since moving to the area we have used a few meet and greet companies at Stansted, this was the first time we used this company and although the service was okay, it was not as good as the others we have used previously. Firstly, we were unsure when we were supposed to announce our arrival at the airport; previously we have done it 15-20 mins before but this one said as you get off the motorway. We do not come via the motorway so this was slightly confusing. Also, we had to dial an 0845 number which is expensive from a mobile and then select an option from a menu. If you were driving with a hands free/voice activated dialling you wouldn't be able to select an option. They did check over the car etc, when we dropped it off, which was good. When we arrived back we again had to call the 0845 number which rang for ages after I selected the option for pick up and then we had to wait 20 minutes for our car even after they said they would be 10-15 mins. We will probably go back to using one of the other companies we used before, as they have always been really quick to drop our car off and also use a mobile number which doesn't cost as much! Overall, for what we paid though we did get a really good deal and they did what they said. I would recommend meet and greet services at the airport as it is really easy when you drop the car off as you don't have to worry about parking or walking miles to get to the terminal.
