Really good service, punctual and polite, only down side was instructions on return were a little unclear sending you to red car park where it is nearer to set down by orange car park.

I have had a nice experience with the park and go. There was only one problem with explanation where to park. The only annoying thing is that when you're driving to the airport you have to call the 0845...number(expensive)which is transferred to drivers mobile anyway. If I pay for parking I don't expect to pay extra pounds for phone calls. Thanks

Would be 5/5 but my pre-advised earlier arrival (advised the day before) was not communicated to the logistics side of the parking hence i had to wait in a bp garage until a time slot came up. Otherwise a great service all round.

Great service. Car picked up on arrival and only waited a couple of minutes to pick it up.

On arriving at the airport had to wait 15mins, luckily I had plenty of time, coming back I phoned for my car and as I walked out to collect the car, the guy ran off and brought another car for someone else, so again I had to wait for my keys for another 15mins, have had better service, but still ok.

Used the service as I was traveling with my elderly mother. Would use it again even if I was alone. Much better than 'long stay car park' Could do with more specific drop off and pick up points information. The 'red car park' is a big place, would have been worse in bad weather!

In total the service was good. Dropping off at the airport was a little tricky as it was my first time, but after going around a little I got there and the person was waiting for me. I got my car back on time and no problem. As everyone else had mentioned the carpet on the driver side was muddy, but I guess it can be washed and cleaned.
