On leaving the M11 at STN, as requested I phoned the office, also mentioning I was stuck in a traffic jam. It turned out the Service area was gridlocked and it took another 20 minutes to reach the drop-off point. However the rep waiting to collect the car had not been told of the traffic problem and rang to say he couldn't wait any longer for me and had to go (almost accusing me of wasting his time). It would be helpful if local traffic snarl-ups were relayed the the pick-up reps to help avoid such unpleasantness. Having said that, on arrival at the airport a very helpful female rep who luckily happened to be there understood our problem and took the car. Again on collecting the car the rep was most friendly and efficient.

Very friendly, we booked two cars in at the same time through them. They were waiting for the first car when we arrived and the second driver was about 2 or 3 mins later. The same happened upon our return. I would use them again.

Quick and easy way to park your car. Pleasant drivers. Would recommend.

Excellent service prompt efficient saved us plenty of time, my only gripe is that you have to pick your car up from the carpark and have to pay £2.60 to get out, whereas when you give the car they take it from the drop off zone providing you dont call them until you are out of the airport you could be waiting and the giving back of the car can be done in seconds as is the drop off and no extra charges would be taken.

Very good service - only 1 small thing is that we had to wait over 1/2 an hour for them to arrive to take the car off us when we arrived.

No problems, only that there is almost no phone signal from leaving the motorway to arriving at the airport which caused a slight delay. All in all bargain price, nice and easy

Having never used a valet service befor, we where well impressed ! It did what it said on the tin Thankyou !!! We will be back

Very pleased with company overall, one niggle though, landed at 5pm, and when phoned to let them know I was told that they had our landing at 10.30pm so we had to wait around 30 mins for car to arrive...BUT WILL use again.
