Circle Meet and Greet Reviews

On time and very convenient; very polite staff. Only problem was a very dirty car when we got it back. Maybe they'd had a heavy downpour? I would still use them again however.

dropping off the car was easy but there was a short delay for car collection overall a satisfactory service.

The service is convenient but there are a couple of issues I would like to raise. Firstly, the floor mat was slightly muddy. I have used this service before and thought paper flooring was laid to prevent dirtying. Lastly, the pick up location is in red short term parking. This is on the far side of the arrivals terminal and quite a walk.

We have previously used BAA meet & Greet but this was far cheaper and just as good. The only hiccup was when we reached the red car park on return and couldn't see the car but this was because we got there before the chauffeur - panic over! We would definitely use again

Competitive rates and efficient service. It delivers what it says on the tin. Will definitely use it again.

The service provided Circle Meet and Greet is very good no waiting and prompt service. Need better instructions of how to get to Red car park for inside airport on return.

Very good service at a reasonable price. Service would have been faultless if not for the 15 minutes I spent waiting for them to take my car when I was flying out. When I returned, they rang me as I was picking up my lauggage from the carousel and by the time I got to the car park, they were already waiting with my car. Will definitely use again.

I use Circle Met and Greet at lest once a month and usually they are five stars - perfect. Unfortunately this time it took them about half hour to get the car to me on return. Disappointing considering how quick they usually are.
