A fantastic service. We rang and the pick up driver was waiting for us in the rain . When we returned we rang from customs hall, walked out and the driver was waiting downstairs with our car. What a fantastic service . Will definitely use again .

The service was great, no hassle at all. We even had a bit of a misunderstanding around departure and arrival times, but were able to change the booking times for the car on the fly. A happy customer here.

Efficient and good value for money. They were there to meet me at the allotted time and on arrival I only had to wait 5 minutes for my car. Charming guys who helped me with my luggage.

Having used every kind of parking facility at Stansted (and other airports) very unexpectedly, SVS Meet & Greet service was absolutely spot on. Everything was timed to perfection and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Excellent rates as well! What more can one ask for. If you can maintain these standards, I will keep on coming back and I am sure others will, too.

An excellent service and cheaper than parking the car yourself and having to get a shuttle bus. Representative waiting right outside terminal building on arrival, short handover. On return car delivered back to terminal building as soon as we came out so no hanging around again. Polite staff. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Efficient and user friendly.

Excellent service and very good price. Due to a family emergency we had to return to the U.K. earlier than expected. A simple phone call was all that was required to rearrange our return. I cannot fault your company. Many thanks. Mike Bladon

Drop off was trouble free. When we asked about where we would pick up on our return we were told that we would be told when we rung on arrival. This we did and the instructions were rattled off to us at speed. We asked for a repeat of the instructions and again this was rattled off. We had trouble locating the pick up area and after waiting 15 minutes we rang again. We were told that we were in the drop off area and again directed to the pick up area which we eventually found. The person meeting us had not been overly helpful and was in fact condescending and curt. Printed instructions about where to pick up our car would have been very helpful and we cannot understand why these were not supplied. The exit ticket would not work in the payment machine so we had to get help with this too. Although one of the least expensive options for valet parking, for the reasons above we shall not be using this company again.
