Received the car extremely dirty, covered in mud.

Excellent, first class service. We were a little nervous because the company we had previously used kept us waiting for over 1 hour. SVS Meet & Greet kept in touch re our arrival time and were there to meet us, where they said they would be, when we walked out of the terminal. Will use in future.

The service was very good, simple, quick and convenient. We were met promptly on arrival and the car was returned immediately upon exiting the airport. My only complaint is the car was returned dirty both inside and out. It would appear to have been left under a tree due to the amount of bird droppings on it and leaves in the boot hinge. There were also muddy footprints on both the driver and passenger side floor mats. Because of this it's a 4/5, otherwise it would have been a 5/5.

Good value but when we arrived at Stansted I had to chase (after 30mins) about where to meet the rep and when we arrived back we had to wait 20 mins for the car to be returned.

Drop off and pick up were timely and friendly, butcar came back with mud splattered all the way up to the driver side windows. I wouldn't use this service for a new or flash car.

The service was fantastic. We arrived earlier than planned, but SVS were able to accomodate us. When we returned home, the car was ready as we walked down the slope from the airport! Great service, we will surely use again and I gladly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Seemed like a good idea at the time, but not when we phoned them at 22.45 and car was eventually brought to us at 23.25 with two young kids in shorts and t-shirts freezing cold and spittling with rain. Every time we rang they said they were two minutes away. Keys were practically thrown at us as man ran off into another vehicle, car was very muddy outside, would not recommend or use them again. Very disappointed.

Great, easy service. Exactly where they said they would be at the right time. Took the stress out of car parking. Would definitely recommend and use again.
