Excellent service. Car collected on time and on retuen we only waited for 1 minute for it to arrive into the car park thus saving us money on exit.

Our experience when arriving at the airport was faultless, however when we arrived back after our holiday we had to wait 40 minutes for our car, although we were told the car would be with us in 10 minutes :(

Called them as soon as we had collected our bags upon return at the scheduled time, but took them 45 minutes to arrive with the car. Would have been faster to have booked a taxi. Have used many meet and greet parking services, this was by far the worst. Would never use again, beware.

Very good service on arrival back, cannot fail. However when booking in waited 20 min past agreed time despite arriving on time and calling earlier as requested. With service like this long term car park would be just as convenient. Staff courteous, but not uniformed as advertised.

I have to say that having used another provider at another airport, I was put off the meet and greet concept, but with very prompt and professional collection and delivery (under 2mins and 10mins respectively) my faith has been restored. Perhaps only in your service and not necessarily that of other providers.

Meet and Greet worked very well on time. No problems both ways. Shame my car was parked under a tree all week and covered in bird shit witch cost me £10.00 to get cleaned; choose better parking next time.

A very positive experience. Only slight concern was a lack of any paperwork/receipt received when handing over the vehicle keys, contrary to the emailed instructions received, but both pickup and retrieval were very slick, and it is more convenient and cheaper than other options.
