Booked SPS Meet & Greet- Wash & Vac expected to find my car freshly washed and vacuumed on my return to Stansted after a two week break. Sadly my expectations were dashed - the car had not been washed and inside had most certainly not been vacuumed. When I mentioned this to the driver returning my vehicle he apologised but said as he was just the delivery driver he was unable to comment and suggested I call the number I had been given to call to advise we were ready to pick up car on our return. I did call and was told that they could not tell me why the car had not been cleaned - even though they were the local people on the ground and presumably the ones to carry out any valeting, I was advised to call a number on a card that is left in the car and make my complaint. However I took the decision not to do so as my experience to then with them had all the hallmarks of what would be time spent listening to insincere apologies and buck passing. Surely if the basic premise of your business is to attract more customers than your competitors and one of the ways you do this is to offer an inclusive valet service then there really is no acceptable excuse. Rather than spend my time discussing my complaint with the service provider much prefer to let other potential users be made aware of their shortcomings and not bother to use them again
