Reviewed on 16th May 2018For the second time running, the meet and greet service have caused damage to my car! First time at Heathrow, this time at Stansted. Park and Go were brilliant dealing with the first issue but this time I tried to deal directly with the Stansted Meet and Greet company and they have been awful. I will no longer be using Meet and Greet services.

Reviewed on 16th August 2017Not a good experience here I'm afraid. First of all on dropping the car off, we were asked for a £5 exit fee. We were never told this would happen. On collecting the car, at first the calls weren't picked up, or the line was engaged. When we finally got through we were on our way out of baggage reclaim. Initially they couldn't find record of our booking. After giving further details, we were told it could take anything up to 20 mins for the car to arrive. It took 43 mins to arrive. The final part of this was dealing with customer service. While they were quick to reply, the manner was extremely unprofessional, blaming and even insulting both myself and Stansted Airport. While I understand some delays could have occurred, there were no T&C's to consult or any forewarning about peak times. It would have been quicker and cheaper to park the car myself, making the service unusable in my opinion. I will never use SPS again.

Reviewed on 25th May 2017On collection the car was absolutely filthy and covered in sticky leaves which wouldn't blow off and had to be cleaned by hand in a professional car wash. Another car was in a similar condition. Not good at all.

Reviewed on 28th April 2017Really poor customer service. When I complained that my car had been driven for 30 miles (took pictures of the dashboard before and after) and returned to me with an empty tank and 25 minutes late, their reply was : "Our compound is 30 miles approx round trip , so the mileage stated by the customer is correct, also when the car parks are busy there may be delays in return of vehicles, up to 30 minutes. It is worth advising that our compound is legal and not a field" Be aware of these hidden details before you book with them.

Reviewed on 8th March 2017had to wait over 30 mins when we arrived at Stansted. Rang 15 mins away then rang several times and was told someone we be with you.

Reviewed on 2nd June 2016On top of the fee already paid we had to pay another £9 this is for £4.50 for the driver to take our car out of the barriers and another £4.50 when we returned for us to get out the barrier. This should not be happening needless to say we will not be using again.

Reviewed on 25th July 2012I was very disappointed with the service. I had to wait a good 30 minutes to have my car returned to me from the time I called, it then returned with a huge amount of mud all over and on the drivers side floor; then no information stating I had to pay another two pounds after waiting in line to get out from the carpar. At 11:30 at night it is very frustrating. For over 100 pounds for two nights parking this is not a good service. Easily improved .
