The service to the airport was great but the return journey to the JetParks car park was awful (on the night of Tuesday 5th Aug)huge queues waiting a long time for a single bus and yet one after another mid stay bus passing by and with few people getting on board at 11:30. surely the system should be that mid-stay buses switch temporarily to relieve the burden on Long Stay buses maintaining an even service across the board.

Jetparks, not sure how its in the day time but during out of hours its so confusing. Directions are not clear and the long stay bus drivers not helpful or the lady on the telecom I worked this out after 1 hour trying to find what to do with my family. Out of hours you need to get the long stay bus and stay in there until you reach you car park zone. They will go past it. The document states get long stay bus and get off at long stay carpark, call intercom etc which is all wrong. Just stay on bus until you reach your jetcarpark zone

Long wait for the buses in and out. The journey back to the car park was very crowded and uncomfortable. It took the best part of an hour to get from the terminal to the car. I have used this service before and found it good, but the number of buses must have been reduced. If I go to Stansted again I will use the long stay instead of Jetparks.

It was so easy and good value for money. I am thinking of using it again in August.

Excellent service. No really issues what so ever. Was a smooth journey when we had to get our transfer on the bus to the airport for our early morning flight. Only negative is if you come back between the hours of 10pm-4am when the JetParks bus is not running - you have to share a bus with the others going to all the other car parks, which was very cramped and uncomfortable. Not to mention that we had to wait for half an hour before it arrived then there was a free for all when the queue was completely disregarded and everyone just shoved their way on board. Probably best to get a taxi to the car park if you return in those hours. Other than that I would definitely recommend and use again!

Easy to book and had no problems finding the car park. It was good value for the money and will definitely use again.

It was on a whim that I decided to book parking in advance online and it proved to be a substantial saving and everything went very smoothly according to instructions. I will use park and go again.
