Reviewed on 1st June 2010We rang when we were about 20 mins from the airport and were met as we arrived in the car park. When we cleared customs on our return, we were told they would meet us in the car park in two minutes. They arrived about 30 secs after we got to the meeting point. It couldn't have been better.

Reviewed on 19th April 2010Exemplary service - I was stuck in the travel mire with the volcanic eruption in Iceland. Park and Go were extremely helpful - kept the car for one extra day at no extra expense and the operator was on standby for collection from a deserted airport. Well done and thank you for making the last leg of my journey home so painless. Jane Newman

Reviewed on 30th December 2009We arrived at Birmingham Airport 45 minutes early to go on holiday because of the bad weather. Despite the control people knowing nothing about us they dispatched a pick up man and he was with us within 30 minutes. On our return I called the control as we passed through customs, we were told to meet under the large light in the carpark and as we got to the light so did our car. The car was lovely and warm with the windows cleared of ice, we were out of the airport within 5 minutes. Excellent service when you arrive back on a cold night and just want to get home. Thank you and we will definitely use your service again.
