We had a very positive experience with AngloParks at Birmingham in early January 2011 and would recommend the service as a cost-effective and convenient alternative to off site parking, transfers, etc. The staff were professional and polite and crucially, they were on time. Only one small thing spoilt our experience at Birmingham. On approaching the airport we phoned as requested but the first number we rang redirected us to another number that was not available. We then rang the number for the office which was not answered. By this time we were at the airport itself and at that moment received a phone call from the operative. Everything went smoothly after that and we were pleased with the service.

Brilliant service from friendly staff. My only comment would be for better sign posting. There are several valet parking company's operating from that car park and it's not obvious where you need to go. Without a sign, it felt a little dodgy just handing my keys over to a "guy in a jacket" in the corner of the car park. Other than this the service was first class.

Excellent service, only comment would be to make staff more visible with a bright coiloured jacket/vest to makke for easier identification on site. Also may want to consider a free courtesy phone as with APC in arrivals area.

Drop off was very good, your driver waiting...Pick up less so, when I phoned [3 calls] I was put to answer service to leave a message, not until outside terminal did I get to speak to agent....However car was then delivered within 10mins. I will use service again.
