The online sales process was fast and simple - no problems whatsoever. The drop off was smooth - no problems either. We followed instructions to the letter and called once through baggage reclaim and customs to be told to meet in the car park in 10 minutes. This we did - to be told the car would be another half hour. This was at 11pm on a freezing February night after a 5 hour flight. The car did not arrive until 60 minutes after the initial call we made and we had to make a further 2 calls.

Excellent. I never usually write reviews but felt that Angloparks Meet and Greet Service deserved a few minutes of my time. We had never been the Birmingham Airport before and not knowing the area considered this scheme would take the pressure off at the beginning of the holiday and it certainly did with us being met immediately upon arrival. On our return we were greeted with the car immediately we emerged from the airport ready to hit the M6 rush hour which is harassing enough without having to spend time locating an obscure carpark and therefore would not hesitate to recommend Angloparks service.
