Reviewed on 22nd February 2010The online sales process was fast and simple - no problems whatsoever. The drop off was smooth - no problems either. We followed instructions to the letter and called once through baggage reclaim and customs to be told to meet in the car park in 10 minutes. This we did - to be told the car would be another half hour. This was at 11pm on a freezing February night after a 5 hour flight. The car did not arrive until 60 minutes after the initial call we made and we had to make a further 2 calls.

Reviewed on 1st February 2010Excellent. They were there when we set off and when we arrived back. The guys were also friendly and courteous unlike the firm we last used at Gatwick. I will use Angloparks again.

Reviewed on 25th January 2010Excellent service, only comment would be to make staff more visible with a bright coiloured jacket/vest to makke for easier identification on site. Also may want to consider a free courtesy phone as with APC in arrivals area.

Reviewed on 30th December 2009We arrived at Birmingham Airport 45 minutes early to go on holiday because of the bad weather. Despite the control people knowing nothing about us they dispatched a pick up man and he was with us within 30 minutes. On our return I called the control as we passed through customs, we were told to meet under the large light in the carpark and as we got to the light so did our car. The car was lovely and warm with the windows cleared of ice, we were out of the airport within 5 minutes. Excellent service when you arrive back on a cold night and just want to get home. Thank you and we will definitely use your service again.
