Excellent service. Very prompt and convenient. Will definitely use again. The only slight hiccup was that the drop off car park was supposed to charge me £1 to exit but for some reason asked for £12. However the parking personnel returned a few minutes later and paid the charge for me so I didn't have to pay. Not sure why that happened but can only imagine the car was brought back earlier than requested.

Great very timely, even gave us the pound to exit the car park.

The collection and delivery of the car was "spot on". However I was disappointed there was no "vehicle inspection" carried out before or after delivery/collection. Also someone had either been smoking in our car or someone who was a smoker and whos clothes had "smoke odour" had been driving the car, as ther was a "stink" in the car after it was delivered.

Good Experience although the guy greeting us on arrival was a little confused. We will be using you again.

Used meet and greet. Bit of a muddle between 2 greets arriving at the same time, with similar names but sorted fairly quickly and the car was waiting on my return. Fair price too. No complaints.

Punctual and good value. Meet and greet takes the hassle out of going to and from the airport.

Booked Park and Go for Bristol Airport drop off time being 04.30. On arrival at drop off zone driver was already there waiting for us. He was friendly, polite and helpful. On return I rang after claiming the luggage to be informed car would be there with in 2-3 mins, which it was. I was very impressed about the promptness of the service as there was no waiting around which I have experienced at London airports. Highly recommend Park and Go and will use again.

I telephoned prior to our arrival but had to wait some 15 minutes before the driver found me. Other than that I was very pleased with the service. Thank you, Alan Batten.

Worked well, no problems, slightly too long to wait on arrival.

The pick up service both ways was excellent, very prompt, no waiting at all and £1 was supplied for the exit barrier. However I was disappointed that on my return the car was filthy, the wheels were coated in mud and worse still, the driver's mat inside was covered in wet mud due to the very muddy worker's boots the delivery driver was wearing. When I queried this he just shrugged his shoulders.
