A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

Have used A4 Meet and Greet Parking on several occasions. Easy on-line booking, competitive prices, good response time to telephone calls and, other than one pick up, very quick to arrive with the car. Usually only 6-9 miles on the clock, car has been muddy on return and the dash-cam has always been disconnected. Would be 5 star but for these minor beefs.

First time user!! Found it easy to use, phone call was a little bit frustrating as signal wasn't that great. Car was very muddy and needs to go to the car wash!

Great service both when we dropped off the car and picked it up. The drivers seemed professional and I wasn't worried about my car, which returned in the same condition they took it in. Only downside was the quality of the phone line and/or the person who answered the phone as both times I rang I couldn't hear them clearly. I would definitely use them again as it was very convenient.

Good service. Turned up and A4 Meet & Greet were there to take the car. Delivered the car back within 10 minutes of calling even though our plane was delayed one hour and didn’t arrive till after midnight. Would have given a five stars and the reason I didn’t was after a couple of days of holiday I realised we hadn’t exchanged any paperwork or an assessment of the car. Was thinking could’ve been just anyone who’s taken the car, thankfully it was all okay and the car was perfectly fine. Perhaps some ID and receipt in future.

Punctual meet on arrival and return. Only slight reservation on where car was parked as rather mud splashed and leaves, but would use again.

A4 Meet & Greet booked through Park and Go were very good, even though I made a mistake on my booking they were very good, accommodated to my mistake. Really good, will definitely book again.

On return we were a family with 3 cars which we had all left with you but it seemed like it was a one man operation as the 1st car came quite quickly but the 2nd car was about 15 minutes driven by the same man who once he had handed over the keys ran off to get the 3rd car which then took another 15 minutes to arrive. So having to hang around for 30 minutes at midnight when you want to get on the road to get home isn’t ideal.Also we rang ahead to say we were close the person on the phone had no idea where the Fox and Goose pub was on the main road to the Airport. If you’re only leaving one car it’s fine but if you’re leaving multiple cars it’s not an ideal situation.
