Similar experience on our return, rang through after collecting luggage and by time we walked around to meeting point only had to wait a few minutes before our car was returned. Would highly recommend the A4 Meet and Greet service.

Never even waited more than 2 minutes. Price has been good and phone calls always answered promptly, they are consistently amazing.
