Very pleased with the service someone there to take are car of us and waited no longer than ten minutes on our return, will use again.

Great idea . The timings are little 'elastic', which can make one anxious that someone will actully turn up and take your car [ added to the 'time-management' that one always struggle with when catching a plane. I think they could be more 'accurate' with the estimates of time of collection of your car. This is a crucial element of the 'meet greet' service - Trust . The delivery on the return worked very well,it was within 5 minutes of the time promised. I am sure they will improve , with experience.

Great service - met with a smile at very unsociable hours for outward and inward flights. No problems - will use again.

Absolutely brilliant, on arrival at airport within minutes a driver was there to take my car, same on return journey. First time I have used this service and I will definitely be using it again. Highly reccomended.

The service offered at departure was excellent; we had two vehicles, duly collected from us rapidly by competent and professional drivers. The return was disappointing; despite letting them know we'd be early it took 45 minutes to return our cars to us. Utterly disappointing considering we pay for the premium service is to make travelling with a large, young family easier.

Extremely good price, but the service just took the edge off the deal. We called to say when we were 15 mins away as requested on the email, but once at the airport we had to wait appox 20 mins. Similar thing happened on our return, phoned when we collected our luggage ( again as per the instructions) to be told the car would be delivered in 20 mins, not great but Not the end of the world, trouble was the car took 40 mins to arrive. I guess you get what you pay for. Would I use this service again, not sure. Price v Service?
