Reviewed on 21st January 2013Did not meet my expectations, for me valet parking is instaneous hand over and collection, but had to wait for both despite following the instructions to call ahead. Good option if the price is right, but not a true "Valet" parking experience. I could have parked in short stay and got to and from the terminal quicker. Friendly drivers with a smile, saved it from being a really bad choice.

Reviewed on 16th October 2012Whilst the valet service was (mostly) friendly and punctual, there were a couple of issues: 1. When the car was returned, the boot was “heavily” splattered with bird lime. Spoke to the driver about it and he either didn’t understand or he was simply dismissive. 2.Personal items in the car were used to write a note detailing our arrival time and the note placed in the window! NOT ACCEPTABLE – You want to write a note – use your own paper and pen. 3.Radio and climate control settings had been changed – “my” car, “my” settings, leave the settings as “I” left them. Drop off was easy and effective as was the return. Would recommend, but with warnings about the above. Drop off – 04:30. Pick-up – 23.20

Reviewed on 6th August 2012Extremely good price, but the service just took the edge off the deal. We called to say when we were 15 mins away as requested on the email, but once at the airport we had to wait appox 20 mins. Similar thing happened on our return, phoned when we collected our luggage ( again as per the instructions) to be told the car would be delivered in 20 mins, not great but Not the end of the world, trouble was the car took 40 mins to arrive. I guess you get what you pay for. Would I use this service again, not sure. Price v Service?

Reviewed on 12th July 2012They said to ring 15 minutes before we were due to book in (which we did). However, they took 35 minutes to get there and we were late checking in. We should be told to ring them 35 minutes before we arrive at Airport if that is the case. No problems on return.
