Overall our experience was really good, just one slight problem being that when we arrived at the airport to drop off the car it took us a while to realise the man we were waiting for was sat on a wall waiting for us, it would have helped if we knew we were looking for was in an orange t shirt! would definitely use them again as they were very quick to return the car when we landed.

Great reception on departure, but flight delays meant we would have had to wait half an hour for a driver to bring our car. Took the bus to the car park and was treated well including an offer of a car valet on our next visit. All staff courteous and efficient.

Great idea . The timings are little 'elastic', which can make one anxious that someone will actully turn up and take your car [ added to the 'time-management' that one always struggle with when catching a plane. I think they could be more 'accurate' with the estimates of time of collection of your car. This is a crucial element of the 'meet greet' service - Trust . The delivery on the return worked very well,it was within 5 minutes of the time promised. I am sure they will improve , with experience.

The service offered at departure was excellent; we had two vehicles, duly collected from us rapidly by competent and professional drivers. The return was disappointing; despite letting them know we'd be early it took 45 minutes to return our cars to us. Utterly disappointing considering we pay for the premium service is to make travelling with a large, young family easier.

There was someone waiting to collect my car and only had to wait a short time to pick up. Thought my car would get a valet but it didn't!

Great service Just send a sms when I came off the plane and the car was there in 15 mins.

Great service, unfortunately driver to pick up my car had no paperwork. When the car was returned to us 15 mins after landing they checked my passport to ensure it was mine; will definitely use again.
