Reviewed on 25th March 2011Service was efficient. However, we found finding the place at night very difficult. Also the approaches and drive into the parking area are quite uneven with many pot-holes and this really needs attention.

Reviewed on 21st December 2010I found the directions quite difficult, and it was a lot further from the airport anticipated. We did not have to wait long for the mini bus though, and was happy with service.

Reviewed on 21st September 2010Drop off was fine but on our return we had to wait 30 mins for a pick up as the first mini bus was full (they only seat 10 people) even then my daughter had to sit on my lap as there was 11 people waiting. You get what you pay for!

Reviewed on 13th September 2010pick up and drop off was on time however the condition of the buses used has something to be desired and there was a lingering smell on each journey. found that some of the staff were abrubt and on the return journey i had to load and unload our cases myself as the driver dissapeared into the lodge as soon as we arrived at the car park.

Reviewed on 10th September 2010Hi We arrived on time and were promptly transported to the airport. Our only issues came when we returned, we could not get through on the phone number given as it was constantly busy, once out side it was chaos as so many people where waiting for pick ups so it was not who arrived first but who was lucky enough to get through on the phone. What was required was someone at the pick up point organising things which would have stopped the free for all that ensued with many people that had a long journeys ahead of them getting very frustrated. I appreciate many planes landed with in a short space of time actually there was someone there when we first got there but she jumped back on the first van and scarpered back to the yard

Reviewed on 3rd September 2010We used this car park for 2 weeks. Felt quite cramped when we arrived, using every space of land available. 2 weeks for £40 was a bargain - thankfully we took our old car with us. Wouldn't be keen to leave a new car there as the car is parked by someone else and then brought back to a pick up place when you get back. The biggest fault with the place is that on our return we had to wait almost an hour for a bus at 1 o'clock in the morning as there was a big queue of people and the 2 buses in use only took 8. Each bus had to pick up drive to the farm and return. We were on the 4th trip! 2 small children, cold and tired at 1AM - not to be repeated.

Reviewed on 1st September 2010Friendly drivers and nightstaff. Was delayed for 45 mins upon return due to the fact my car keys were mislaid. It transpired procedures hadn't been followed when booking the car in - paperwork wasn't completed correctly and could be applied more consistently by ALL staff. It appeared the lady handling reception had too much to do upon my return and although multitasking as much as possible - this amplified the delay!

Reviewed on 17th August 2010Although quite reasonable in price, I found my overall experience at Bristol a bit of a let down, the car park was disorganised, the staff all over the place, and the wait for the minibus on the return flight was far too long.

Reviewed on 15th August 2010Overall OK. Car was safe and sound upon return. Was I more concerned than leaving with NCP? Yes. You just have to balance leaving your valuable? car in a jam packed car park in an old mushroom farm plus a 5 mile bus ride in a minibus with ....walking out of the terminal to your car and paying £30 more. Like all things in life you get what you pay for!
