On returning to BRS in early hours of morning, pouring with rain I had to go to CL28. Asked worker where this was and told a fair old way. Explained I was 75 years old with bad foot he said he would fetch it for us. Wonderful. Thank you very much, made our day. Brilliant.

Very efficient. 5 minutes check in, in the bus and away to the airport. Home journey, again out of the airport onto the bus and got the keys and away in 10 minutes.

We have used the Silver Zone many times now and find them to be very good. The shuttle is excellent, you never have to wait long for a transfer to the airport what ever the time of day or night. Always an efficient service when dropping off the car and picking it up. Keep up your great service, it's much appreciated.

Everything worked very smoothly. The car park is easy to find close to the airport, signage is clear and the short transfers are prompt and efficient.

We have used silver zone a lot of times. Its always very easy to use, park in a space go to reception, tell them the bay number hand the car key over go out get on the bus, job done. Coming back go out of the airport get on the bus, go into reception get key find car, on the way home, job done. Really quick and easy

Couldn't have been easier -very convenient coming from Plymouth. Would use again.
