It's been a few years since I last used the Silver Zone car park and I couldn't believe the improvements. My only negative comment would be the relatively long wait to check in....other than that, brilliant.

I used this service a year ago and I can say this year was a complete improvement in terms of the facilities and ease of use. The tv screens in the main entrance showing flight departures along with toilet facilities were fantastic. The staff were all very polite and professional. The only thing I would say is that it would have been helpful to have been given the key back with a little fob that had the car park space number written down. After a tiring day of travelling it was easy to forget the number given to you verbally. But all in all great service, will be using it again.

Some improvements are taking place at the present time so procedures were not as slick as usual. However, it's a service we are always satisfied with and where we always book.

Early morning flight but had to queue to get in car park. Limited buses to airport from car park. Car parking are aware of how many cars are booked in for what time but only 2 buses operating.

Bus transfer passengers need to be managed better by driver (people blocking aisles and doors with cases, case racks left empty - just to ensure quick exit). Cars for collection should be moved closer to reception - having to drag multiple cases and two young children all the way to CD area in the rain, is not acceptable. If you can't move the cars closer then at least provide trolleys or transport.

We have used you many times. This occasion was one of the best. We find the service poor when you have to wait along time for a bus in cold windy weather when it's busy, as you have wait outside to secure a place on the next bus. Also on collection if the car is parked a long way from the key collection point you can get drenched. But thanks for great service this time.

Excellent service. Disabled space available adjacent to booking in office, bus waiting when we arrived and procedure quick and painless. On return the bus didn't wait until it was full before leaving but stuck to its timetable so no hanging around. Although the car wasn't in a disabled space it was parked close to the office so no real problem there. My only issue really was that signage and road markings are poor and in the dark it was difficult to find the way out and a number of cars took the wrong turns.
