We were pleased to see and use the new facilities, particularly the more spacious arrivals car park and the hard standing surfaces. This is a great improvement on what preceded it. We would have given a score of 5 had it not been for the length of time we had to wait to be served upon our return. Our presence at the return key desk (with many others off the sasme bus) went unnoticed until one of the staff happened to pass by. It was apparent that there were many staff dealing with arrivals but no one was checking whether or not there were any customers waiting at the returns desk. After about 5 minutes I was about to call out to the other side of the hall when one of the staff accidentally noticed the huge queue that had built up in the returns section. This is simply not good enough! The returns desk should be monitored as a matter of routine and customers should not have to wait for ages and then be obliged to call for assistance. Cameras or regular physical checks are required. Let's see what happens next time!

My partner had his wallet stolen on the second day of our holiday. It included the car park receipt. As we would not be back in the country until very late, we telephoned Park & Go we were given a reference number. When we returned your assistant was very helpful. (Grade 5) However, we had great difficulty finding the car. Were told it was in the CD area. There were no obvious signs as to where that was. Fortunately an assistant was driving around and was able to tell us to go through the gate. It would have been more helpful if we were given that information when collecting the keys. We followed the one way signage around and came to a NO Exit sign, so we retraced the route, only to find it was exactly the same. Clearly the signage is poor especially when it is dark. (Scale 3)

Arrival was great with helpful staff parking my car as I didn't receive a bay no on booking the space. Returning was not so good as a lot of flights landed at once which caused a long wait to exit passport control only to find a horrendous queue waiting for the silver bus. This was eventually sorted by a long lady long stay bus driver stepping in and carrying out a run to the silver zone. Credit where it's due.

I would have rated you as a 5 but your bus driver reduced your score. When we returned to Bristol on Sat evening he failed to control his passengers who stood near the bus exit doors preventing access to empty seats. He was rude and a jobs worth, failing to shoulder his responsibilities.
