Excellent fast friendly service. Staff at reception polite & friendly and very quickly booked cars in and out.Bus waiting at both ends so quick transfers and no waiting around as we have previously had to do with the small mini bus companies we have used. Will definitely use again.

Good service. Bus was very packed in return to car park but apart from that all was good.

Simplicity itself, excellent location, frequent buses to/from terminal. Never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. As close to door to door as it gets.

Parking Service is good as always. I would recommend the car valet service. Great to come back to a spotless car.

Was very happy but did not realise you move the cars had parked near to reception but on return moved to A95 it was pouring rain and we got soaked otherwise perfect.

This is not the first time we have parked in Silver Zone, so we had no worries and we were right. The car was in a different parking place but when you collect your keys, you are told which bay your car is and it is so simple to find. Well done and many thanks.

It's off site, and there's a fair bit of queueing involved: 1) to get in and park; 2) to drop off your keys at the reception; 3) to get the bus to the airport; 4) to get the bus back from the airport on your return, and 5) the worst one, to pick your keys up again and trying to locate where they've moved your car to. It's not the slickest parking experience, that's for sure, but it's cheaper than the on-site parking. Just be prepared to queue! 😟
