Very good, we have booked through Park and Go for several years and have always been very satisfied. The drivers are polite and helpful. I would recommend your service.

Good and efficient.

I was very pleased with this service and I would definitely use them again. I marked 4 because of the pick up confusion. I waited for my car at the Meet and Greet car park, which seemed the obvious place to me, after about 5 minutes wait I had a phone call to tell me there was only 10 minutes waiting time and where was I. The car was waiting , by the very busy, chaotic tunnel area. As it was dark it was impossible to spot. So I would just advise to confirm where to pick up your car when you contact the office on arrival.

Very slick service, was met as arranged on arrival, driver checked we had all bags, phones etc. Car arrived within 2 minutes of our return to car park. I recommend Diamond Parking Meet and Greet.

Prompt answer when arriving, extremely quick pick-up on return, low mileage and, other than driver's seat, nothing altered in the car. What's not to like!
