Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

This was the first time we have used Diamond parking Meet and Greet, Bristol. We found the drop off a bit chaotic and confusing as the drop off zone was very busy and we we not sure where to park or how to identify the person collecting our car, we had to phone a few times before we found the person we needed. Our arrival home however was simple, quick and went very smoothly. We would have given you 5 rating if it hadn’t been for the initial confusion on dropping off, perhaps you need to give more information to customers about the area to park in and how to identify the driver collecting. Called the number given 20 minutes prior to arriving and when we got there the driver was waiting to take the car to the parking area. On returning to Bristol Airport, did as requested and again car was waiting for us. Great service and much cheaper than the onsite airport parking.

Easy to book, clear instructions to understand. Great service when we dropped off, they were waiting with a smile at 5am!. Called when we collected our luggage and they were there within 10 minutes. Lovely service at drop off as well and the car was washed! Highly recommended.

Phoned 20 minutes from Bristol Airport as requested and an employee was waiting when we arrived to drop off the car at 4am at the airport. Very polite and friendly guy. Phoned again when we collected our luggage and our car was waiting for us when we returned at 2.30am. Very good timely service, will use again.
