Reviewed on 16th October 2018First time with this company was worried about leaving my key with them but all was fine . Read some bad reviews but honestly such good service ! Car was ready to collect when I landed at 3am . Transfer picking us up was speedy and efficient. Will be using them again. The lads who work for Oakwood were very pleasant ! Will use again for sure.

Reviewed on 16th October 2018Finding the park was easy. leaving our car and get a shuttle bus to airport also very easy and immediate. On return it was not what we expected. very busy shuttle, many passengers, had to go back twice to get all of them, insufficient place for the luggage. otherwise it was good... so I have put neutral rating as we felt the return was a bit disorganised...

Reviewed on 16th October 2018Great car park close to the airport. Transport provided to the airport was comfortable and speedy. Car was returned in same condition it was left. Would not hesitate to park with Oakwood again.

Reviewed on 16th October 2018Booking in was easy and we arrived very early in the morning so being taken to the airport went very smoothly. However, on our return it was chaos. We phoned when we were in the car park as we were told. The bus arrived within 5 minutes but loads of people rushed the bus and we were unable to get on. Another bus arrived 15 minutes later but stopped in another place and by the time we saw it, it was full up. We went right to the entrance so we wouldn't miss the next bus, but even though we ran after it we were still unable to get on it. Fortunately as I complained that this was the third bus we had tried to get on, a couple gave up their seats and let us on. Surely there can be a better system. Maybe take our names when we ring in and give it to the driver so it can be a first come first served system. Instead the driver not the office is taking the calls and just saying a bus will be there soon.
