Really good find! Very well organised. Good price. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

We have always used Oakwood & had great service but this time we returned to the site & the car wasn't there...it took them 55 minutes to find it & return it whilst stood in the rain...A frustrating end to the holiday.

On arrival there was no one at the entrance to tell us where to park so we assumed we should find a parking place where many other cars were parked. Having found a place, and off loaded our cases, in the dark, we started to walk to the entrance to find somebody. While walking a car drew up and an employee told us that we had to go back to our car, load up, and take the car back to the entrance!! We are both over 70 and would have appreciated some help! On our return from holiday, we telephoned the office to arrange collection, and twenty minutes later a mini bus arrived and although we were second in the que, there was race by 16 people to get on the bus!! There was no organisation whatsoever and 3 people at least we're told to get off the bus with their luggage! The whole thing was a shambles and the driver was the only person working on the transfers!! A very bad experience, never again!

Very happy with the service. Easy to find, quick service. On return from holiday, a quick call to be picked from airport. The very nice lady driver who dropped us off responded quickly. Said she would be there in a couple of minutes, and she was. Will definitely be using Oakwood Parking for my next holiday. Thank you to all the staff.

Very good service. Easy to find, close to the airport and staff cheerful and friendly.

From arrival to collection everything went according to plan, having to wait only a couple of minutes for the shuttle bus at the airport was really good, couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely use again.

Excellent as ever. Hadn’t updated my car reg but thankfully I was able to remember my old reg. Bus took a while to arrive this time but only small points. Will use again.

Dropping your car off and going to the Airport is Great. Huge downside is collection, as they have no system for people to line up it is a mad rush for the bus irrespective if you have been waiting for 10 minutes or not, unfortunately due to this now happening to my wife and I twice we won't be using Oakwood again.
