My low rating is not because of the helpful staff but due to the chaos when arriving back in Bristol. The mini-bus picking us up couldn't take everyone and there was no basis for ensuring a 'first come first served' system. Suggest Oakwood needs to introduce some better way of organising picking up of returns.

Excellent, parked near reception ,sorted keys quickly a mini bus ready and in airport within 10 minutes. On way back, gave quick call and bus there within 5 minutes. Same again, got keys quickly and instead of a lot of car parks my car was near to reception and I was away quickly. I fully recommend this car park and have booked again.

great place to leave your car while on holiday, very polite very helpful once you drop your car off they give you a card to phone once you land in the UK. They give take you to the airport and pick you up within twenty minutes. Cars safe and you can enjoy your holiday without any worries, we will be using Oakwood parking from now on. Thank you.

The drop-off was fine except that the receiving agent did not provide us with the contact telephone number that we should ring on our return. Also the parking area was a shambles with cars no clear indication of where to park. On our return a lady at airport information rang Oakwood and my wife spoke to the Oakwood contact who said that we should proceed to the pick up point as the bus was on its way. Fifteen minutes later no bus, so we called Oakwood again and they said again that they were on their way. We saw the Oakwood bus enter the pick up area, it drove straight past us and stopped at the other side of the area about 30 metres away and dropped off a passenger and went straight off. Wielding suit cases etc. we didn’t have time to get across to the bus before it departed. We called Oakwood again and told them what had happened and they brusquely told us that they were very busy although that wasn’t a good reason for missing us. After a further ten minutes the bus arrived and the driver was clearly miffed at being criticised and was surly.

Convenient, trouble free, on time, much quicker than the silver zone, not a bad word to say about it. We'll be regular customers.

I would definitely recommend Oakwood. Best price I could find for Bristol Airport Parking and we were picked up in under 5 minutes on arrival. Amazing service. I will be parking there every time I fly from Bristol from now on. Thanks Oakwood.

Car park was easy to find. The booking in process was quick and the transfer to the airport took no time at all. On our return the transfer was again quick and easy. I would recommend and I will be using the service again. Good value for money.
