Reviewed on 17th September 2018Parked my car there for a week when on holiday. Shuttle service was frequent and efficient, no problem with checking in and out at all. Only downside is the car park is vast but not lit so if you arrive at night like we did, it might be difficult locating your car. Other than that all good. Will not hesitate to use it again.

Reviewed on 17th September 2018Arrival and transfer to the airport was really efficient and very quick, on return there was a delay of 15 minutes awaiting pickup, which we were told by other travellers is unusual. On arrival at the parking, the car was easily accessible at the front of the car park, keys collected, and we were on our way in 10 minutes. Will definitely be using them again. No more silver zone at twice the price for me.

Reviewed on 17th September 2018On arrival to the parking it was okay. However on return it was not. We waited 15 minutes. Some people could not get on the mini bus as one mini bus had broken down, you would think with all the money they are taking they would have decent buses. The one they used on our return was old and tarry.

Reviewed on 17th September 2018We found the place really easy. Parked up just by where the minibus was waiting to go to the airport. Put the keys in, into the bus and there within 2 minutes. When we came back phoned the number, bus was there with in 5 minutes and back to the car. Picked up keys and off. This was the simplest and easiest car park I have used in Bristol and was very impressed with the service 😁
