Ideal location only minutes from the airport. Very quick collection and friendly personnel. Will definitely use again.

Arriving at the carpark and being transferred to the airport was seamless to be fair. The bus was ready and waiting to take us and our young boys in the very early hours. We were delighted to be at the airport within time. On our return flight, we phoned the number provided four times, each time be told the bus would be 5-10 minutes. We landed at 2.05pm, we were ready to be picked up at 2.50pm but the bus didn’t come until 3.40. It was a bit of a battle to get on the bus due to people jumping the queue. No doubt the queue jumpers had also made numerous calls and were told 5-10 minutes. All because, there was only one bus laid on for arrivals and departures – the poor driver was under pressure. Why only one bus. If we had been trying to catch a flight that day, we would have been really stressing out. Why one bus – it’s not the expedient service one would expect. Probably will use the service again, but will allow far more time for transfers to and from the airport.

Car park is rather big all in fields ... 1 flat field & 1 field on a incline I was lucky when I arrived there was a space right by the hut / office .... Or it would have been a up to 5 mins walk from the car to book I. Our car ... You have to park your car ... I did notice my mileage had Increased by 2 miles on return guess my car was used for what I don't know .... May be ferrying passengers to airport ? Il never know After car drop transfer to airport was instant .... Down side On return it was busy 1 transfer bus was full straight away and had to wait for another minibus from landing to car park had now taking us 1 hr 25 mins to go less than a quarter of a mile. .... Longer than it taken us to travel from Scotland to Bristol which was ... 1hr

We arrived to drop our car off, found a parking space okay then went to a little cabin (which wasn't labelled as being the office we just assumed). We were ignored by one man in there but rather soon another lady came out of the main building and checked us in - she was very nice (perhaps the man hadn't heard us). We then got the bus to the airport, the man driving was very friendly and chatted to us, we were given a number to phone when we got back. When we got back we phoned the number and was told someone would be with us as soon as possible. It was a very long wait however this was not Oakwood parkings fault, the airport itself is designed very poorly. We get back to the parking and are told our keys are in the other bus which is parked up so we wait 5 minutes for them to finish collecting keys from customers about to go. We then ask for our keys and No one seems too sure where they are. Finally the other driver going into a shed at the end of one of the fields and brings out a box of keys. This shed had no lock on so anyone would walk in and take the car keys! If it hadn't been for this I would have given them 4/5 stars but o was horrified that they would leave a box of customer keys in an unlocked shed (which didn't appear to have a door).
