Reviewed on 3rd July 2018No problems on entering and leaving my car. However when I arrived at the airport on my return there was no sign of a bus, I phoned and spoke to a lady who told me there would be a delay of at least 20 minutes before the next bus arrived.This was unacceptable to me. She gave an excuse of heavy traffic, I decided to walk to my car as this would be quicker than waiting. When I got there the lady at the desk was unapologetic about the delay as she handed over my keys. She was too busy eating her sandwich! Will I use this service again, NO.

Reviewed on 2nd July 2018Good on the trip to Bristol although no one was present when we arrived. Long wait on the way back, had to wait for the bus to return twice given the number of people waiting. Took ages and the driver's communication skills in telling people what was happening was dreadful. Disappointing way to arrive back from holiday.

Reviewed on 2nd July 2018All was well when we arrived. A quick good service, unfortunately when we returned they were slow to pick us up requiring two phone calls. The driver did not help us put the luggage in the back of the van at the airport or at the drop off.(we are both seventy years old). The driver went to the wrong place first and we had to tell him where the car was, not sure if I will use again.

Reviewed on 2nd July 2018Only issue was after ringing Oakwood it took 25 minutes to pick us up from airport, other than this a good service with friendly staff. Thank you, will definitely use Oakwood again. Many thanks 🙂
