My car was not prepared for pickup at all. I spent 10 minutes looking for it and it was blocked at the far end of the parking lot.

I’ve used Oakwood multiple times over the years and will always go back. It’s reasonable, extremely close to Bristol Airport, with really efficient and speedy drop off, and always polite and helpful staff. Yes the car park can make your car fairly dusty when it’s dry but it’s worth it in my opinion.

The car park is easy to find, very close to the airport, and we didn't have to wait long for the shuttle bus. It was also very easy and quick to drop the keys off and to collect them. The only negative about this car park was the place where we had to park the car - it was unpaved and full of dust. All the cars were covered in a lot of dust when collected.

Frankly, I have a love/hate relationship with this car park. The positive side is the proximity to the Terminal Building and the saving of the extortionate entry fee to the Drop Off Car Park. The negativity is the attitude displayed in the Office on check in and collection. Someone needs to remind them that customers are a necessary evil but shouIdn't be treated as such. I don't think they do nearly enough to make sure the cars are postioned in the best possible location, particularly if it's a late collection at nightime.

We often use Oakwood and always find the service very efficient.
