Oakwood Parking Reviews

I will be using Oakwood parking again as it was all so quick and easy, no hanging around at either end which is what we like.

Friendly, helpful and quick. Will always use Oakwood for parking at Bristol.

Would have given it a 5 but the driver on the outward journey made us put our own luggage in the bus band take it out ourselves. But the driver on our inbound journey not only put our luggage in and out he also brought it to the car for us.

Good service, frequent connection to and from airport and a friendly welcome. Car well looked after. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Easy to find and close to airport.

We arrived at Oakwood and were taken directly to the airport - on our return the driver appeared within minutes of our call to say we had arrived. We have used Oakwood several times now and would highly recommend them.

First class service. Ran like clockwork. Really professional. Would DEFINITELY use again and would recommend this service to everyone.

I used Oakwood to park last year and was very happy with the service, drop off and pick up we’re very fast and friendly, so I used them again this year, my trip out was fine but on my return, there was a problem with the barrier at the airport and this was causing a big traffic queue, so when the pick up arrived a little late the driver was very rude and impatient to the people he was picking up, he was literally throwing peoples bags at them or on the floor shouting at them to help out, I remember one lady with two young children and lots of bags she was really struggling and I was helping her but the driver was just shouting where’s the lady with the children pick your bags up I’m already late, I think I’ll be finding alternative parking for my next trip and I’m sure most people on that bus will be too.
