Car park muddy, car picked up splashed in mud, wheels and under arch covered in mud. Driver taking us was fine and friendly even at 0400 but the driver picking us up at 1130 was grumpy and couldn’t be asked and wouldn’t lift a thing. First driver good. Second driver not good.

Very good as always. Only a 15 minute wait for the minibus when we returned.

Car park difficult to find. Could not find park under name of Park and Go. Was not aware we had to look for name Oakwood. Hearing phone calls from other customers they also had this problem. Driver to Airport was helpful but not driver on return journey Not too helpful in loading cases and on return left customers to do their own unloading after opening doors and walking away. One customer was good enough to do this for us (I have assistance at airports). Suggest clearer signage and better attitude.

Very close to airport and quick drop-off and pickup. The only negative is that the site is not surfaced so the car was returned with muddy tyres - no big deal.

We have always found this car park to be very efficient but now that it is so busy we would like to see some shelter such as an office where keys could be left and to wait for the transfer bus out of the wind and rain.

Excellent value for money and really good drop off and pick up service. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and so close to the airport. My only criticism would be that the driver/co-ordinator was grumpy and rude. Apart from this all was good. No messing about and easy to find .
