After arriving in heavy rain at 4am in the morning we had no shelter and nobody around to help. Only 1 mini bus to shuttle passengers and had to wait in our car for the bus to return. We were wet arriving at the airport. Good start to the holidays. On return the bus was overcrowded and many cars in the car park including ours were full of mud as most cars were in a muddy field which we did not see on arrival due to it being dark. Silver zone for us next time.

Oakwood parking for Bristol Airport is fab, easy access & good service. The attendants & drivers are very friendly and prompt, once you call them they are with you in a matter of minutes. Will definitely use them again & recommend to friends.

Used this car park twice. Good service, nice people and reasonably priced.

Bit confusing as not well sign posted. Parking okay but lighting not good and gravel area needs attention. Pick up was okay and quite quick. Just not happy with security as lighting inadequate.

We arrived at the car park and were in the airport 10 minutes later, no hassle, no fuss! When we returned after a week in sunny Ibiza at 2:00 am we just phoned up and were collected within about 5 minutes. So much easier, quicker and cheaper than parking on-site. Will use again next time we go on holiday!

A very speedy and efficient service to and from airport only negative was the car was very muddy in drivers side and wheels and arches were covered in mud and grass!

Excellent service all round see you next year.
