Everything worked very well, no fuss, transfer in early morning and returning mid afternoon worked easily. Would recommend to anyone.

Quick and easy. Frequent mini buses to and from Bristol Airport meant we weren’t waiting for very long at either end of our trip. Car was left close to the drop off upon our return so we didn’t have to go far to get our car back. Good value for money.

Everything was easy, from booking our space (for 8 days) to finding the car park, to taking the shuttle/minibus, to finding our way back from the airport to the car park on our return (with the same minibus), to getting our car back. Seamless, easy, practical, good value for money. I highly recommend Oakwood.

When we arrived back at Bristol we went to the pickup zone and had just missed the transport, so we waited in the queue for it to return, when it did it stopped at a different place as to we were waiting,the people in the queue behind us rushed to it and and once again we had to wait for it to return, this was very annoying as it was late and very cold, there needs to be an allocated place to queue so this does not happen to other passengers in the future.

I've used Oakwood, Bristol booked through Park and Go a couple of times now. I've just spent a week in Lanzarote with a car full of friends and family. On arrival the reception was excellent. My booking was found easy and was a quick process. The minibus took us the 5 minutes to the airport. The driver was great, chatted to us and helped with suitcases. On return it was a quick phone call and we were collected. 5 minutes drive again and my car was ready for pick up. Definitely recommend xx
