Parking in a field, transfer driver with a face as long as last week. No help in getting my case in the minibus despite my obvious mobility issue and use of walking stick. Transport to the airport was a dilapidated ex school minibus. On viewing our cam footage our car was moved to another site (field). This we were not informed of. Although the price was reasonable I will be paying the extra next time and going back to Siverline. Impressed... not in your wildest dreams, a lot to be desired which could be addressed if they really thought about it.

Great service, prompt pickup and drop off, friendly staff, have used twice before and will always be using in the future, thanks to all Oakwood for making our trips hassle free 10 out of 10.

We thought the pick up service was very good. Also the delivery to the airport. Helpful chap on Wednesday and Friday this week. Car was safe on return! All good.

Drop off: Perfect. We arrived at the car park which was easy to locate and the driver was waiting. Advised where to park and was helped with luggage onto the bus. Provided with contact details and explained where to go for collection etc. Faultless. Collection: Disorganised and stressful. There were a number of people that were waiting at the pick up point in the short stay car park. People were arriving for collection and there was no designated area to form a queue which resulted in people running/pushing to get themselves on to the bus when the bus arrived which resulted in people becoming irrate. This process needs to either change or more drivers/buses to collect passengers. When he gets the 1st call he should take name and number of passengers 2nd call take name and number of passengers and so on so when he pulls up for collection he calls the lead name in order of them calling for collection. This way it would control the situation. We landed on the 07/09 and I would dread to have used the service in the 6 weeks holiday. Based on the collection process I would not use the service again as it took in excess of 40 minutes to get to my car and I had to go back to the airport to pick up my family.
