Reviewed on 18th April 2025Very pleasant and easy drop off and journey to airport. On return, phoned when at Drop Off then waited keeping an eye out for minibus. Unfortunately the driver parked at the far end of waiting area and I only realised when heard a shout ‘Oakwood’. Realising where he was I rushed up followed by my sister who has mobility problems to see the driver about to jump back in the bus. I made him aware of me and apologised but he was very unfriendly. As it turned out there was another family of four that had be ‘waiting’ as well. Maybe the driver(who has no luggage!) could just walk down to the main waiting area to make himself known. I have used Oakwood before and I will use them again but a bit of consideration would be nice.

Reviewed on 16th April 2025We have used your parking area over the past years and been really happy with your service. On this occasion our vehicle had not been parked in the collection area. We had to wander around in the early hours to find our vehicle and then drive it out of a tightly parked area. We spoke to the young lady on reception when we couldn’t find it who then came out to help look for our vehicle.

Reviewed on 15th April 2025The parking at Oakwood was painless. I had made arrangements to leave the car at 6am and I was met by a very cheerful lady who collected my key. We were transferred to Bristol Airport by minibus and also on the return journey. I would recommend Oakwood Parking as it is easy to book and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Reviewed on 15th April 2025Excellent, we arrived a bus was ready dropped us straight to the airport. No fuss at all. We arrived back at midnight rang for someone to pick us up they arrived with in 5 minutes. My car was ready when we arrived back at Oakwood. Staff really friendly.
