Oakwood Parking Reviews

It was pleasant experience to use Oakwood parking for the first time. They are well organised. After arrival I was picked up very quickly. The state of the car was the same, just as I left it. I will use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with this airport parking on our recent holiday. The man was waiting for us when we arrived at the car park, and we went straight in to the mini bus to travel the less than 5 minutes to the airport. He even helped us with our cases, which was helpful having a one-year old with us! On return we had to phone to be collected. We waited less than 5 minutes, though it was quite busy and some people didn't get on to the bus and had to wait for him to return (which would only have been ten minutes, but not what you want at 1am!). When we got back to the car park, we were lucky in that our car was parked right by the entrance - so as with our arrival, we were able to jump in to the car immediately and head home. We were very pleased with the service, and the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Drop off and collection plus location to airport very good. However it was late and dark when we collected the car and it wasn't until the next morning we discovered that both sides of the car and tyres were covered in mud and the interior on the drivers side was no better. The vehicle had clearly been parked in a muddy environment somewhere and no care had been taken by staff getting in and out of the vehicle with their muddy feet when moving the vehicle.
