Very good service on arrival with a bus taking us to the airport within 5 minutes of arrival. We did have to wait about 20 -30 minutes for a pick up from the airport. We appreciated the driver explaining the reason for the delay. It may help if there was an order for pick up based upon who called first to avoid the surge for the bus when it arrived at the airport. We would use this parking again though.

Excellent value for money. Good shuttle service. Keys given back to drivers at airport, so no waiting or queuing back at parking site.

The car park was good value and easy to find. It was an easy transfer from car park to airport. When we arrived back at airport from our holiday I phoned to say we were there waiting for minibus and I was told you would be there in 10 minutes. This actually turned out to be 20 minutes which isn't really a problem but then other people jumped in the minibus in front of us who hadn't rung up and hadn't been there waiting as long as us. We then had to wait another 20 minutes. I think the system could do with a bit of tweaking.

First time we have used Oakwood Parking and very happy with the service. Drop off and pick up from Airport was quick and easy, staff very helpful. I took a picture of my mileage as suggested by other users and pleased to say my car was not used in the week I was away. I will definitely use again.

Good service, only a few minutes from Bristol airport in the minibus. Would recommend.
