Very good, quick pick up. We were first off plane in to pickup but he went back swiftly to get others. I made date mistake, it was no problem for them or me. Good service, back in July.

Everything worked very well. Reception was a bit brusque but the driver who took us to the airport and collected us ten days later was excellent, given the overcrowded pick up and drop off place at Lulsgate. Would recommend Oakwood warmly.

Easy to find and only a few minutes mini bus transfer to Bristol Airport. We were happy with the service received. Upon our return to Bristol we were running a few minutes late so rang the mobile number. We got told we were '10 minutes late' but they would send a mini bus to collect us. We only had to wait about 5 minutes. Overall happy customers.
